What we store

Your email address and password are handled by the login service. Passwords are never visible to us.

For Gilwise we store your settings, retainer names, gil log, purchases, sales, plan ticks and scan results.

Who can see it

Each account's data is private to that account. Nobody else can read it.

Screenshots

Screenshots you upload for reading are sent to an AI service to pull out the rows. They are not stored.

Market data

Prices come from Universalis (universalis.app), a free community service.

Export or delete your data

Open Settings and find "Your data". "Download my data" saves everything as a JSON file. "Delete my account" removes all your data and your login for good.
